Japan Incentive Group

While you are planning to take or send your group to Japan for their incentive trip there is still a very important element of the group that may need some attention – your VIPs.

Every group has its own dynamic and companies spend an incredible amount of time managing and coordinating the interactions and interconnections of staff and management. We need to be aware of these dynamics and ensure that your upper management, department chiefs, and founders are properly taken care of.

Towards this end, one thing that we typically do with your leaders is to dovetail some time into the group itinerary where we can take them out to a special function, meal, or activity. We are very interested in getting to know your people as best as we can – not only because we truly enjoy meeting and connecting with guests who travel so far to come to Japan, but also to understand group dynamics that may exist within your travelers so that things go seamless and elegantly.

You may be traveling with competing departments, or there may be strong personalities that are best isolated from each other, or divergent interests – we need to know as much as we can about these things so that the group’s experiences in Japan are not marred.

In addition, your VIPs may be extending their travel in Japan beyond the group tour, so for this we would also like to know what their plans are so that we can bring our resources for accommodations, transfers, and special outings to their full power and give your top people experiences that are unrivaled.
